Some creatures build their homes in the ground, other in the treetops, in caves or on cliffs. But there’s one creature which builds its home in the sky.
Weather Makers construct vast fortresses, not from stone, but from clouds. Thier bodies have no weight, so they can walk on clouds as if they were stone.
Their great city is far to the north, in lands that are too cold for any human. They spend most of their lives there. But every thousand years or so, they migrate out from their city, riding their fortresses out over the world, to breed and raise their young in isolation, away from others of their kind.
Humans refer to this time as an ice age.
Shoots a cone of wind that pushes everything backwards.
Traps atmospheric lightning in a stationary mine, which can be moved by Weather Maker’s breath weapons. On hit, it will detonate, dealing damage and stunning enemies in the area, and detonating other Ball Lightnings.
Breathes a cone of snow for 4 seconds. Enemies will take damage every second that they’re caught in the blizzard and get slowed. If an enemy is hit for the duration of the attack, the enemy will be frozen and stunned for 3 seconds.
Weather Maker invokes a tornado around itself which increases his movement speed, and makes him invulnerable for 5 seconds. Any projectiles or fog caught by the tornado will be absorbed, increasing the damage, duration and speed of the tornado.
Freezes the target, slowing them for 5 seconds.
A master of kiting, specializes in long ranged attacks. Weather Makers are also excellent at assisting in team fights.
When threatened, Weather Makers retreat into their vast cloud fortresses. What opponent could possibly find them within such a daunting labrinth?
One that moves in huge swarms, easily scouring over vast regions. One that can sacrifice drone after drone, and keep coming, long after the weather maker has exhausted.
Hive dragons feed on the powerful magic of the weather maker. They hibernate for hundreds of years, waiting, until a great freeze wakes them, signaling the hunt.
