For thousands of years, Regal Dragons have sought to bring order to a chaotic world. Their religion is called Sol’E’Var, an ancient system akin to charma, which dictates how fairness can be obtained through a balance of give and take.
Nothing is more important to a Regal Dragon. Countless races have agreed to settle disputes by allowing Regals to be arbiters and accepting the judgement they pass down. Consequently, Regal Dragons are involved in every war. They live short lives which end in grand battles.
Lightning Lock
Breathes a continuous stream of lightning, stunning both the Regal dragon and the target for 4 seconds. New targets who intercept the steam of lightning will get caught in it, freeing the old target. Applies 1 charge of static.
Bouncing Bolt
Fires a ball of lightning which, bounces off of surfaces, stunning each target hit for 1 second. Applies 3 charges of static.
Lightning Lunge
Regal dragon leaps forward for up to 3 seconds, charged with lightning. Dealing damage to all enemies in its path and doubling their charges of static. Letting off the button ends the effect.
Wrath
For up to 10 seconds, lightning pours out in all directions, damaging opponents in the area and applying 1 charge of static every second. Can be toggled off at anytime. Cooldown is proportionate to the amount of time it was active.
Repel
Deflects an enemy projectile, taking control of it and sending it in the direction the Regal Dragon is looking. On hitting an opponent, all static stacks are discharged from that player, dealing damage to nearby enemies, causing their static to be discharged as well.

Support
Regal Dragons have amazing control. They are the masters of defensive plays, as Lightning Lunge + Repel Tail can turn opponents weapons against them.
Death dragon
Living a life of honor is a hard path. Those who accumulate enough honor, draw the attention of the Lord of Hell. If he is displeased with your deeds, he will write your name, and a Death dragon will come for you.
They draw power from death. On the blood soaked battlefields that Regal’s call home, Death dragons swell with power and always accomplish their dark tasks.
